Autumn Home Education Resources.
I love autumn—it’s undoubtedly my favorite season of the year.
There’s a long road leading off my street with trees lining both sides. As the crisp autumn wind blows, the leaves dance across the street and through the air in such a magically dramatic fashion that I wish I could bottle the feeling.
My enthusiasm for autumn bubbles over as I dive into seasonal home education resources and create a cozy, comfortable atmosphere.
Here are a few of my favourite:

For the love of homeschooling

We love FTLOH resources in our home, and my son is always captivated by the colorful and engaging materials. As he has grown, I’ve discovered one of the perks of these resources is how easy it is to use them year after year. The seasonal bundles are simply beautiful and come with book lists accompanied by digital readings.
It’s important to note that while the resources are usable across countries, some of the language is geared towards an American audience—for instance, the use of “Fall” instead of “Autumn.” This current bundle is on sale for $25 and is worth every penny.
home and haven
Ashley Howrey is an inspirational supermom for home-educating mothers who want to earn an income from home. Her seasonal bundles offer fantastic value for money. Her website currently features both new and past autumn bundles, giving you plenty of options to choose from. Her website is linked above in the title.
forest rain & wander

I recently discovered Jenny’s work, and it’s beautiful. Halloween is a contentious topic among Christian home educators, with many divided between the “it can be redeemed” and “it absolutely cannot” camps. If you’re interested in educating your children about Halloween and the spookier aspects of this season, Jenny offers some fantastic resources. When I last checked, her website was under construction, but her Etsy shop is still active and linked here.
twinkl
If you’re looking for resources curated for UK educators, Twinkl is an online platform with an abundance of materials aimed at all age groups. These resources align with the UK mainstream schooling curriculum. This can be very helpful if you’re considering sending your children back to school at some point and want to ensure they don’t fall behind their peer group. Twinkl also runs daily lessons for home-educating families, and their Pathfinder series is a great way to get in touch with nature.. There monthly memberships start from 4.99 a month and they run a busy and interactive Facebook page for home educating families.

If you like to embrace the season without the use a formal curriculum then check out site like the The Wildlife Trust their helpful guides breakdown all the best local nature spots to enjoy the changes that the UK has to offer during one of it’s most beautiful seasons.
